The problem is persisting afterwards trying all of the above. It is only affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not sure where y'all read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "in that location is something incorrect, please refresh.  I go this anytime I try to wait at a message, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this effect earlier Outlook took over.

I can't answer about another browser because I only use Google Chrome.

I can't answer about using another computer because I only take the one laptop.

I can't answer well-nigh using other Microsoft accounts considering this one is the only one I have.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same message about 'something is wrong'.

I articulate my cache, I make certain there are no problems on you master site, etc.

Please fix this-- I am not the just ane.

I understand why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason y'all were asking.

All I questioned was where you got the idea I couldn't access my mail-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

Equally for other browsers I have no other browsers on my computer.  IE 8/ix crashes many of the applications I use on the computer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have only used Google Chrome for years.
